Todd LaPlante has been actively involved in commercial and investment real estate since graduating from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and completing the Entrepreneur Program in 1984. Todd has been a licensed California real estate broker since 1989.

Dedication and experience lay the foundation for his extensive real estate background which includes brokerage, sales and leasing, landlord and tenant representation, tax deferred exchanges, syndications, financial analysis, development and construction, property management, marketing, and his innovative “Strategic Real Estate Plan” concept inspired and devoted to sharing his knowledge and experience with other entrepreneurs.
